Conditions
The prices are meant per day, for a minimal stay of 7 nights.
The apartments are at your disposal from 3 pm of the arrival day and have to be vacated by 9 am of the departure day.
The rooms are at you disposal from 2 pm of the arrival day and have to be vacated by 10 am of departure day.
Since 01.01.2015 the tourist tax of 1,35 Euros pro person a day has to be added to the price. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
We apply price reductions for families.
Domestic animals are NOT allowed in our hotel and in apartments just if expressly requested.
At the moment of confirmed reservation, we request a deposit, which details will be communicated.
In case of arrival after 7 pm we kindly ask to be informed by telephone.
In case of cancelled reservation, money deposit will not be returned.
Booked days, according to European norms, will be counted also in case of postponed arrival or early departure.
In our rooms and apartments it's not allowed to smoke.
